Yolanda’s journey in hospitality began at Polar Multimedia, where she immersed herself in project management and B2B sales. Her passion for guest experiences blossomed during her time with the NH Hotel Group, where she played a key role in boosting customer satisfaction. After enriching her skills at Hyatt Regency Mexico City, she became the Sales and Marketing Director at Hotel Volga, operated by Hamak
Gladys began as Reservations Manager at Club Regina Cancun, where she honed her skills in guest relations and operations. She then took on roles at RIU Hotels & Resorts, first as Regional Executive of Global Distribution for the Americas and later for EMEA, shaping e-commerce strategies. At Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts, she took the position of Corporate Ecommerce Executive and later as Regional Sales Manager, driving regional growth. She supports properties managed by APARTE by driving sales and enhancing revenue growth.
Jose’s career took off at Mundo Imperial, where he spent 17 years in various administrative roles. He then served as Controller at AZULIK. Since 2018, he has been a professor at INDESAG, facilitating courses in finance, administration, and organizational development, sharing his extensive industry knowledge.
